More work on the leveling than expected but it’s perfectly flat now! We removed 7/8″ from some of the joists to level the subfloor. The flooring material was a dream to work with, thanks to Westwind Floors for the beautiful Fir.
Calvin Hammon is the installer who took care of most of the dirty work including the custom treads from unmilled material… Great job!(24
